Grew up in the kitchen, feeding family, dogs, visitors.  Love rooms full of people, pets, food and music! Love to cook and bake because every dish I make is a part of my heart that I’m giving away to nourish you.  Life is hard and tragic.  One must keep the faith if one is to survive.  Faith in God, faith in our relationships, faith in our country.  Sometimes it all goes to pot.  That’s when you make a minestrone!  I’m a food snob and I’m not ashamed to say so.  We need more food snobs to put an end to the poor quality and poor nutrition of what passes for “food” today.
